Terms of Service

Welcome to Fasprint. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fasprint mobile application (“App”) operated by Fasprint.online (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
  • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the App.

2. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including images, graphics, designs, and text, is owned or licensed by Fasprint.online and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and save designs for personal inspiration, but you may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any content from the App.

3. User Content

If the App allows you to upload or share content, you are responsible for the legality and originality of your submissions. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and display your content within the App.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may include links or integrations with third-party services such as Google AdMob and Firebase. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these services. Use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

5. Advertising

Fasprint may display ads through Google AdMob or other networks. Ads may be based on your interests or behavior. You can manage ad personalization in your device settings.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of any content within the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fasprint.online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the most recent update.
